Stronger And Bolder Body Builder

If you are looking for the oldest man with a great body, go to Australia and look for Ray Moon. He is eighty years old now. He still joins body building competitions and won several times. And if you want to know his female counterpart, a seventy four year old female body builder from Baltimore, USA, Ernestine Shepherd. And she was trained by her former Mr. Universe husband.

I wonder if old people can do bodybuilding when they age 60 and above. I will not permit my olds to do that. Because their bones are brittle now at this age. And it will be dangerous even with the other old people to lift heavy weights. That’s why I made a post here to protect our seniors so they will stay healthy always. Maybe there will be willing but they have to check with their doctor first. And in case they pass the medical, they should be trained by an expert body builder instructor strictly.

Will you be proud if your grandpa competes and won in a muscle building competition like this one. And  all of the sudden will tell you that he is still young to get married again.

And so with your grandma. I can take it when my grandpa has a built of a Hercules. But with grandma, i really don’t know. I would rather have her attend cooking classes.

Sweets, chocolates, cake and pizza, who would, dare hate those super sweet comfort foods? I love eating chocolates because they are so good. But those foods are considered high in fat and calories. Food that makes you fat are those that are always consumed consistently. Food called a high fatten and so not good for your belly and tummy.

Foods that are high in fat and calorie should be eaten moderately and if you had consumed a lot habitually (that is so not good) embrace yourself for an increase in weight. Sweets are good but when abused it can cause a health problem. Have a balance meal like fruits, vegetables and water. Be sure to do exercise and never ever starve yourself for sure you will crave to eat sweets. Going to a gym is a nice idea. But if you can’t come there there are trainers in a gym that can assist you on your free time at home and they are available if you look at this now.

There should be balance in food intake always. Do nuts are good breakfast items when serve with hot coffee or chocolate. But be sure the next morning to eat cereal.

Good for desert and on summer time. It has plenty of calories and fats. And ice creams are healthy also when consume moderately.

One of the food with the  most calories. It is because of its ingredients made of fats, oil, cheese and meats. Pizza is really a diet spoiler.

Sweet cake is one of the desert that can shoot your sugar count when you are diabetic. Cake has a lot of sugar ingredients.

Frequent eating of fruits can lower cholesterol in your body. Fruits has a lot of vitamins that our body needs. Fruits are  good as desert also.

Exercise

 It is a universal advice from doctors, dietitians and other health experts that we should at least exercise for 30 minutes daily. There are many exercises that you  can do for 3o minutes. Stretching, push ups, jumping rope, walking around your neighborhood are just few examples.

Vegetables packs a lot of vitamins and minerals our body needs. It is a must that every individual must eat vegetables daily.

The secret to a good healthy living is eating a balance diet. Our body is like a machine that it needs daily proper maintenance for it to run smoothly. And the daily maintenance our body need to perform smoothly are eating proper food, exercise, adequate sleep, staying out of vices and drinking plenty of water and fruit juices.
