Feel Comfy While Running

One of my routine activities on Sunday morning is running around the neighborhood. I normally start at six in the morning and run for an hour or two. After a jog, I can feel relax and my mood for the day is really different. I run with neighborhood companions but they are not as regular like me. My wife sometimes jogs with me but she cannot finish an hour. I can say I am physically fit because I don’t get tired running for an hour without stopping.

One of the reasons why I can run for an hour without halting to grasp for some air is my running shoes. My pair of running shoes is fit for my feet and the cushions are very comfortable. One of my running mate stops jogging because his toenails turned black and got infected with fungus. His pair of running shoes was a little bit tight and he doesn’t use socks. He was lucky that I have found a clinic that will help and make sure to cure fungus infections and he was recuperating now and will be ready to join me again to jog in a couple of weeks. Preventing Bad Breath 101

There are several things that may put you in embarrassing social situations and needless to say, most common causes of social embarrassments are hygiene-related.  There’s dandruff, body odor, smelly feet and of course – bad breath.

Don’t despair because preventing bad breath is not rocket science.  The tips for good oral hygiene are so easy follow so it will all depend on how disciplined and committed you are in doing these tips.

Tip # 1: Brush, Brush and away!

Brushing at least twice a day is recommended.  So how long should you brush your teeth?  Dentists say sing the ‘Happy Birthday’ song twice when brushing so you’d know you’ve brushed them enough.  Don’t forget to brush your tongue too!  Or you can use a tongue scraper for that.

Tip # 2: Floss them Up!

Reinforce your brushing habits with flossing.  Brushing may not be enough to remove the tiny piece of meat of trapped in between your teeth.  Not only flossing removes food, but dental plaque as well.

Tip # 3: Chew-Chew!

Another easy way to prevent bad breath is to chew fresh parsley right after a meal.  Parley is rich in chlorophyll which is a natural deodorizer.  You can actually see chlorophyll as one of the ingredients of common products for bad breath.  If parsley is not available, sugar-free chewing gums will do.  Continuous chewing induces your mouth to produce more saliva which helps not only in breaking down food but also in keeping your mouth hydrated.

Tip # 4: Get Oiled

Another natural and organic remedy for bad breath is using herb oils like peppermint and tea tree.  These oils can help fight bacteria in your mouth that causes bad breath.  You can place a few drops on your tongue, on your toothpaste or, mix it in your mouthwash.

Stronger And Bolder Body Builder

If you are looking for the oldest man with a great body, go to Australia and look for Ray Moon. He is eighty years old now. He still joins body building competitions and won several times. And if you want to know his female counterpart, a seventy four year old female body builder from Baltimore, USA, Ernestine Shepherd. And she was trained by her former Mr. Universe husband.

I wonder if old people can do bodybuilding when they age 60 and above. I will not permit my olds to do that. Because their bones are brittle now at this age. And it will be dangerous even with the other old people to lift heavy weights. That’s why I made a post here to protect our seniors so they will stay healthy always. Maybe there will be willing but they have to check with their doctor first. And in case they pass the medical, they should be trained by an expert body builder instructor strictly.

Sweets, chocolates, cake and pizza, who would, dare hate those super sweet comfort foods? I love eating chocolates because they are so good. But those foods are considered high in fat and calories. Food that makes you fat are those that are always consumed consistently. Food called a high fatten and so not good for your belly and tummy.

Foods that are high in fat and calorie should be eaten moderately and if you had consumed a lot habitually (that is so not good) embrace yourself for an increase in weight. Sweets are good but when abused it can cause a health problem. Have a balance meal like fruits, vegetables and water. Be sure to do exercise and never ever starve yourself for sure you will crave to eat sweets. Going to a gym is a nice idea. But if you can’t come there there are trainers in a gym that can assist you on your free time at home and they are available if you look at this now.
